The product should be returned back to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any delays beyond that won't be accepted.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, the product can be exchanged for anything you like from the website. Sizes can be exchanged as well.

2. The customers have to self ship the products back to us in case of exchange. To and fro shipping cost will be borne by the customers.

3. Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

4. We will issue a credit note if the size of the desired product is out of stock. The credit note will be valid for Six months from date of exchange i.e when we receive the product

5. Custom size/color/design products can't be exchanged.

6. We do not provide returns/refunds on any products sold.

7. Please note exchange is allowed once per order. Multiple exchange requests for one order will not be accepted.

We ensure to deliver nothing but the best quality products that are defect free to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before dispatching. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Packages are usually delivered within 8-9 business days. Orders with multiple items might take longer. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day.

Urgent Orders: Incase you have an urgent order that you need before the time frame mentioned you can reach out to us on whatsapp/dm and we'll let you know if it can be arranged.

We rely on third party logistic companies to deliver the parcels. Any delays in shipping caused by courier company is beyond our control and Ashico will not be held liable for the same.

COD Rejections/High risk orders: In case of COD rejected orders we don't accept another COD order in future. Clients have to either prepay or pay some advance as order confirmation. Our team has the right to flag certain orders as high risk based on aggregated data from various platforms. Only for those orders we request some advance payment as orders confirmation.

You can choose to pay for your order online at checkout or opt for Cash On Delivery (COD). Free Shipping on prepaid orders. Shipping charges applicable on all COD orders within India.
